Refunds are permitted only in the following cases:

- Refunds are processed for accidental or duplicate payments after verification.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method only.
2. Game Disruption
- If a game is paused or cancelled due to a server error or platform glitch:
- Buy-in amount is refunded within 24 hours.
- Players are notified via in-app alerts.
3. No Refund Cases
- Refunds are not processed for connectivity loss, device failure, or player-side technical issues.
- Promotional bonuses and offers are non-refundable.
4. Refund Timeline
- Standard refunds: 3–5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5–10 business days
- International cards (if supported): 7–14 business days
5. Account Termination
- Users can request account closure via support@dicethrone.fun.
- Any remaining wallet balance (after verification and deductions) will be refunded.
