• If a game is paused or cancelled due to a server error or platform glitch:
• Buy-in amount is refunded within 24 hours.

3. No Refund Cases

• Refunds are not processed for connectivity loss, device failure, or player-side technical issues.
• Promotional bonuses and offers are non-refundable.

4. Refund Timeline

• Standard refunds: 3–5 business days
• Bank transfers: 5–10 business days
• International cards (if supported): 7–14 business days

5. Account Termination

• Users can request account closure via support@dicethrone.fun.
• Any remaining wallet balance (after verification and deductions) will be refunded.
